CondoSites is the creation of Jason King; former condo board president and former board member in three communities, with 12 years of experience in layout design, and six years in hotel property management. This combination of experience and expertise has been key in producing a website solution that answers the needs of a condominium, apartment or HOA community, while presenting it in an easy to use and visually pleasing format that mimics the theme of the building or neighborhood.
The success of a CondoSites website is in its library of resources that are available at any time, and in its Chalkboard News that allows home owners to see current important information put out by the HOA. We believe it is important that a homeowner or resident be able to get answers at any time, that it be easy to find those answers, and that the website they visit be attractive and convey the feel and theme of the community so the community will use it.
