Discussion Forum
Discussion forums (or discussion boards) allow board members, homeowners and residents to discuss issues in real time and without the need for in-person meetings. Planning a community event? Changing a rule or regulation? Want to solicite feedback from residents? Let residents join in the discussion. This tool is excellent for off-site owners who may not otherwise be able to participate in community discussions.

If your community already has a discussion forum, we will gladly link to your established service.

CC&R's & condo declaration
Post your communities CC&R's (bylaws, rules, and condo declarations) in PDF formats.  For most communities, this saves a great deal of money in reproduction cost and homeowners don't have to worry about storing it.  The documents are always available for quick and easy reference and can even be downloaded to your computer or PDA for off-line use.
Interior and exterior specifications and floorplans
To help you keep condos uniform, you can store specifications for units on your site.  This allows homeowners to quickly view information on brands, model, size, and color of interior and exterior features of their unit.
How much does it cost:
$50 per month, no setup fee. (includes one monthly update, and unlimited self updates)
Your CondoSites website will be adapted to match your community's theme and includes everything above. If there is something that you would like on your website that you don't see, let us know. Additional design and customization services available.

TIP: You probably have a great photographer living in your community already who can take photos that we will use to customize your site.
