Communities will be able to add and update their chalkboard news and post select
PDF documents and communications themselves, and as often as they like,
without having to wait for a monthly update or schedule an

The control panel to update these sections will be password protected. Communities will be responsible for creating PDF documents they plan to self post. A link to the "Create Adobe PDF Online" website is available on the Community Liaison Control Panel.

Post important events right on the home page in the "chalkboard". Communities have the ability to update the chalkboard whenever they want, and can set auto post-on and auto expire-on dates.

Show off photos from community events in your gallery. Visitors will
also be able to view photos, order prints, coffee mugs, books, mouse pads
and more directly from Kodak. |

Neighborhood Map powered by WalkScore.com
Walk Score shows you a map of what's nearby and calculates a score based on the walkability of property. Living in
a walkable neighborhood is good for the environment and good for your health. |

receive links to local news providers, government agencies, your local Better

Users can submit information to be emailed to the board or property management. Communities usually provide a printable PDF version of the form along side the mailform.

Discussion forums (or discussion boards) allow board members, homeowners and residents to discuss
issues in real time and without the need for in-person meetings. Planning a community event? Changing a rule or regulation?
Want to solicite feedback from residents? Let residents join in the discussion. This tool is excellent for off-site owners who may not
otherwise be able to participate in community discussions.
If your community already has a discussion forum, we will gladly link to your established service.

Post your communities CC&R's (bylaws, rules, and condo declarations) in
PDF formats. For most communities, this saves a great deal of
money in reproduction cost and homeowners don't have to worry about
storing it. The documents are always available for quick and easy
reference and can even be downloaded to your computer or PDA for
off-line use. |

Interior and exterior specifications and floorplans
To help you keep condos uniform, you can store specifications for units on your site. This allows homeowners to quickly view information on
brands, model, size, and color of interior and exterior features of their unit. |

Your CondoSites website will be adapted to match your community's theme and includes everything above.
If there is something that you would like on your website that you don't see,

TIP: You probably have a great photographer living in your community already who can take photos that we will use to customize your site.
